The inaugural release for this single block organic Chardonnay from our De-Bettencor vineyard. Produced from the oldest organic vines in Central Otago this vineyard is tucked neatly under the ancient glacial slopes of the Pisa Ranges.
A beautifully elegant and harmonious wine - hand-harvested and whole bunch pressed with extended lees contact and aged in neutral french oak for 18 months.
Aromas of white smoke, golden apple & grilled Central Otago peach.
A bright, fruity pallet of zesty lime, pink grapefruit, apricot & papaya. Moving towards a finish of caramelised toffee apple, roasted nuts & a cinnamon coated brioche.
