Akarua Dry Riesling 2021:
Moderately intense Riesling with lime, apricot, wet stone, lemon blossom flavours. The wine is dry, or perhaps off-dry, and has a pleasing sweet-and-sour tension. I like it fresh and crisp as it is now while others may prefer the toastier version that will emerge with bottle age.
