A look back with The Siren Pinot Noir 2013.

The palate is still showing bright vibrant fruits blackberry and red cherry enhanced with silken tannin. Mushroom, forest floor and cured meat.

Aged in barrel for 18 months and bottle aged 10 years. Drinking beautifully now.
Pairs well with charcuterie and a soft French Brie, like Brie de Meaux Nature.
