A blend of pinot noir and chardonnay that spent more than three years in the bottle on the yeast lees. Seamless wine with an attractive bready, brioche aroma and flavours suggesting baguette crust and grapefruit. A mellow, silken-textured wine with a hint of sweetness on the finish.
