The time has come! The Pinot Rouge 2023 is officially on the market.

Pinot Rouge is an homage to the harvest each year, 100% pinot noir, made in a “nouveau style”, botted and released early without oak ageing, 2023 vintage released on the full moon, 2nd of August 2023.

Medium dark purple with pink hues. Fragrant raspberry, strawberry, potpourri, dried herb and mushroom. The palate has a pleasant sweet fruit entry showing red and black cherry, raspberry and plum. Medium bodied with a fine silky texture, bright acidity and a long red berry finish. Bottled & released early, with no barrel age to be enjoyed fresh!
