It is with great excitement we celebrate the launch of Akarua by Edmond de Rothschild Heritage. Introducing a new-look logo and label featuring the five arrows; an emblem of the Rothschild family, they symbolise the 5 brothers who were at the origin of this entrepreneurial dynasty, the 5 sons of Mayer Amschel Rothschild. Hand-selected by Ariane de Rothschild, Akarua has joined a global collection of properties with extraordinary potential. An opportunity to reveal the quintessence of our unique terroir and elevate the wines to their highest heights.

Akarua Chardonnay is bright, pale golden straw with clear hues. A complex nose of stone fruit, flint and toffee. The palate is full and dry with sweet peach, nectarine, citrus and biscotti. Showing nice weight, complexity, and bright acidity. Finishes long with lingering stone fruit. Recommended cellaring through 2027.
