We'll be pouring from four estates of the Edmond de Rothschild family: Château Clarke, Château Malmaison, Château des Laurets and Château Malengin — a journey across both banks of Bordeaux, from the Cabernet-driven Médoc to the supple Merlots of the Saint-Émilion satellites.
